Monarch Roofing

Hello! I had Monarch Roofing come out to the house earlier this month (September) and I am not disappointed at all! Mike (owner) gave us a great estimate, was very professional, had a PowerPoint of how his company operates, also had a drone get an overview layout of the house. In addition, he was very transparent with us, if something had to get replaced he showed us pictures, if we had any questions they answered it truthfully and wanted to keep us in the process as much as possible! The project manager (Bryce) was fantastic! He ensured us the project was going great with pictures as well! He made sure his team was working hard and doing everything correctly! Also, I told him we have a dog and he made sure him and his team was as carefully as he could be! They made the work zone as pet friendly as possible which is great because I didn’t want to get any nails in his paws. Finally, the workers were fantastic! They were so nice, friendly, and they worked very efficiently. The house is about 4,800 square feet and they were able to complete the whole project in a day in a half. Plus, they did a great job with clean up which was very good. If I could give this company 6/5 stars I would. I would recommend Monarch Roofing to anyone who wants to get a professional roof installed. Before this project, I was unaware of how the process was and what materials were good. With the help of Monarch I can feel confident in saying we made the right choice. I Hope who ever is reading this will make the correct choice too by going with the crown because they did not let us down! Thank you!

From the very start, Mike was honest and professional. He took the time to actually get up on the roof and inspect everything himself, not just rely on a drone like other companies do. That level of care and attention really stood out to us. Melanie was also wonderful to work with — understanding, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating of our situation. From beginning to end, we were treated with respect and felt confident that we were in good hands. When it came time for the job, Bryce and his crew were fantastic — they showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up so thoroughly you’d never know they were even here. Monarch was recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint. Friendly, quick, and a great job. Kept me informed of the progress through the day. Cleaned up all debris and thoroughly searched for any nails left that didn't get picked up in the first clean up.

So grateful to have found Monarch Roofing. I am a “high maintenance” client. We have health issues from mold. Mike and the whole team were amazingly patient with me during this whole process! From inspecting each piece of plywood to making sure nothing was overlooked as far as any signs of mold or water damage. They replaced my roof and underlayment as well as fascia and soffit. I have consulted with them on other building related questions and are always willing and available to offer solid advice and suggestions. (Especially when I’m in “crisis” mode 😆)
