MobileComm - Phones Fixed Fast (Harry & Rock)

The WORST experience I have ever had. I brought in two tablets for a screen repair ($350) and I came to pick up and the guy said one of the tablets got bent when he was fixing it. I didn’t think much of it but 1 day later and I noticed that the bend was so bad that the home button doesn’t work, there’s a line through the screen. I called to ask if they knew how to fix it and he literally said “it was bent before you came and I bet you don’t have a picture of it before you dropped it off”. I now have to go buy a new tablet and was treated so poorly over it. Do NOT come here. I regret it so much. I’m now going to be out probably $1,000 for a simple screen repair.

I was really dissatisfied going to The store on 21st and Woodlawn with Jeremy because usually he’s really good about helping but I had a phone that I bought from a different mobile.com and I didn’t have the box for it so I stay closer to 21st and I told them I would just go to the store on 21st and the guy OK, I went to that store and he told me that I need I need to be taking the phone back to the store that I got it from even though they are the exact same store just different locations and that he wouldn’t be able to give me the price that the other store told me nor would he be able to look up my information like the other store did he tried calling the other store and there was no answer but he assumed that I was just gonna sit there and wait so I took the phone back and ended up having to go all the way back across town when it just could’ve been taken care of right there and then he also may comment that he was gonna chew the guy out, but I just don’t understand why I could not have been taken care of right then in there especially when I have the box the phone proof of purchase. I was so dissatisfied with the treatment that I received today.

Be careful. They have a guy there that will fix the screen but always ends up breaking the finger print sensor or attena, or doesn't even glue the back of your phone back on right.
