Overall amazing experience. I filled the questionnaire on the website out and was contacted by Mark within an hour or two. From there he talked through all of our concerns and even suggested a whole house clean. They were available the next day and booking took a total of 10 minutes. Adam arrived when he said he would even texting me to let me know he was running a little behind. Adam was quick and thorough, doing all 2,000sqft in about 2 hours. The floors look and smell amazing; no heavy chemical odor left behind. The pet stains and coffee stains on the carpets are no longer visible. Definitely will use again!
We recently had a good-sized portion of our carpet torn up by our dog. Luckily, the crew at Magic Touch Carpet was able to help us out. Our technician, Riley, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The patch came out great! I can’t recommend this business enough to anyone who needs repair work done.
