very bad delivery service

This review is particularly for Muridkay depot. Unprofessional staff and give false information. Even number given for contact is not valid which is very bad practice. I suppose to get my delivery and I waited for 6 hours and delivery person updated on tracking system consignee is Not Available which is absolutely wrong information. The person is not doing job properly. Another time they didn't deliver my order and I have to travel 15km to pick up my parcel which is unfair when they charge for delivery.

Worst courier service in the whole area. Have my company's account opened since 2017. In the beginning, they use to be a good service provider. Now they dont even bother to come, neither have the courtesy to provide receipts on booking. They dont come to collect the packages. Most of the times the branch is closed and i guess the boys are off partying. Now i have had enough

Yes I visited to Leopards Courier Office Muridke and specially Mr.Haseeb was a brilliant guy which guide me properly about my concern. The all Staff also very cooperative.

Had the worst experience with this courier company. My parcel sat at their office for 7 days with no delivery attempt or proper communication. In the end, I had to go and collect it myself. Completely defeats the purpose of using a courier. Very disappointing service.
