Awesome. Long story short I thought I needed a remote for my fireplace in case the electricity went off. So I did a lot of research and talked with a lot of fireplace experts locally. I waited weeks for some people to get back to me. I just happened to find Leisure World because I Googled. I am so glad that I did. Seth was the technician that was here today and as it turns out I don't even need a remote. He saved me closer to $200. He could have just installed the remote and never said a word about how things really function. He was so nice and so darn smart. Thank you Seth for my early Christmas present! You and your company are top of the line. Customer service is excellent.

Highly recommend. Leisure World completed a service call and cleaning on our ventless gas fireplace. Seth and Logan completed our service, they were easy to work with, knowledgeable and worked very quickly. Ill use Leisure World for our annual service going forward.

Bobby helped me out big time. I tried a handful of hearth shops trying to be to get the gasket replaced on my insert. Most of them were zero help, wouldn’t touch it, just wanted to sell me some in stock rope and let me figure it out. I wanted my door sealed like it was supposed to be when it was new, and willing to pay for an expert to do it. I looked up the manufacturer for my insert and these guys were listed as the only place in the greater KC Metro. I didn’t have a serial number, but they let me send pics and measurements in via text… they got with the manufacturer and figured out what I needed and they let me drop my door off. I was able to pick it up a day or two later with both the window and door gasket replaced. I appreciate the service from on the phone to the physical service. My insert is like a whole different animal with the fresh seals installed on the door. Can’t thank them enough. We need more business like this one. They’ve got a forever customer out of me. Thank you!

I have a fireplace insert that quit working. I called a company to check it out, they informed me it wasn’t worth fixing because of the costs involved and recommended I replace it with an estimated cost at $5,000. WOW! After a year, I reached out to Leisure Pool & Leisure, they came out cleaned the unit, replaced something (?) with a total cost of &200.. 👍 Much to my pleasure a give this company a 5++ rating.. Very professional! Very knowledgeable! Very reasonable and trustworthy! A big thank you! 😃

The team came and installed a woodburning insert in our home. They were fast, professional, courteous of our home, and at the end took the time to explain how to use everything and answer any questions I had. The fireplace is now truly the center of our home in the winter. We are constantly gathered around it— it is so warm and pleasant. At one point the fan stopped turning on when the insert became hot enough, so I called about the issue. They came out to look at it and, embarrassingly, it was not the stove, it was the age of the outlet it was plugged into. They replaced the outlet for me at no charge, and again were very professional. We appreciate this business!
