I would like to express my satisfaction with the service provided by Lavallee Electrical. The staff was exceptional, demonstrating promptness in their response. I reached out on a Friday after business hours, and they contacted me first thing Monday morning. John arrived promptly and provided a fair assessment of the work needed. His professionalism was evident, and the quality of the job he performed was impressive. Everything looked great, and the pricing was competitive. Overall, I am very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend Lavallee Electrical. I will also save their contact information for any future electrical needs.

The short version is 5 stars. Max came out to give me a bid, twice, because I changed my mind. He didn't seem to mind. He understood my situation and made good recommendations. I had a lot done, so Bryce and Jonathan were here all day. If you have had work done in your home, it can be a very unpleasant experience. This was just the opposite. They were polite, professional, and did not mind explaining things. They worked fast and hardly took a lunch break. Everone knows electricians aren't cheap. Not only did I get a very fair price for the work done, I would highly recommend a certified electrician over someone with limited knowledge. You will save time and money in the long run. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Danielle and Mandy in the office are your first contact. They are also polite and helpful. I am having them back. The results are remarkable!

My family has been blessed to have been working with Lavallee for around 5 years now with our generator, and I cannot express our satisfaction. Their entire team is top of the line, from the office to the field. The entire team was great. Mandy was able to schedule an appointment when I called in. Brice and Jonathan were great. They showed up during the communicated arrival window, gave me the price up front, and then performed the work professionally. Definitely recommend Lavallee!

Dan, Sam and Luke were great to work with with! They helped me get their generator hooked to my fridge and freezer so we would have no down time. Excellent service. I’ll call them next time I have a need.
