Richard from the Laptop Repair Geeks team was awesome and really helped me out! I called for their over the phone consultation and he was very honest and helpful, making sure that I and my computer were taken care.

You guys were not able to repair my computer but he gave excellent feedback, guidance and explained the steps I should take to get laptop repaired. He was so very helpful. So rare these days - he should be commended.

The service at Laptop Repair Geeks of DC was beyond my expectations. I called them to request a battery replacement for my laptop. They told me they would send me a quote within the day, and if I agreed, they would order the battery, which would take four business days, and replace it. The battery arrived within three business days. They contacted me and replaced it immediately. Richard was attentive at all times until the battery was changed. They were very efficient, friendly, and fast. I have no complaints, and I highly recommend them. Thanks to Richard and Darnell.

When I gave them incorrect information about my computer model, they did not falsely claim to be able to repair it to get any fee out of me but pointed me in the right direction. When I corrected my error, it turned out that my computer model did have accessible parts, and so they ordered the necessary part. UPS lost it in shipping, and instead of making me wait until they found it, they ordered another one via FedEx with express shipping at no additional cost to myself. When my repair took only one day longer than expected, they made up for it by delivering it directly to my home the following day, sparing me a long trip in some brutal summer heat. The entire time, they communicated with courtesy and clarity. Pricing was a little on the higher end of fair, but it was overall a great experience, and if I need future repair services I will absolutely return.
