Outstanding service. I dealt w a number of people. They all listened carefully to what I wanted. They explained the pros and cons of my options. They communicated w each other and the other vendors. There were no communication issues. Everything was completed in the time frame that we agreed on. The bill was exactly the same as the estimates and each item was clearly explained. I made some changes during the process. I contacted them evenings and weekends. I received immediate responses.

I am not a customer. However I did recently have a negative interaction with both an employee and subsequently the company. A Knowles Mechanical employee entered my house today uninvited and of their own accord. He was at the wrong location. My home is clearly numbered both on the mail box and the house. I was working in my attic and came down to find a man walking around the main floor. When asked what he was doing and to get out. He instead chose to question my house number. He did not identify himself or offer apology. I had to ask him and then instruct him to leave several times before he left. After contacting the company, their response was less than reassuring. Their main focus was to downplay and deflect what had occurred and left much to be desired in their attitude toward the incident.

Great experience with Knowles Mechanical. Josh was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He helped with heating system service and maintenance, explained everything clearly, and made sure the work was done right. Communication was smooth and the service was completed on time. Very happy with the overall experience and would recommend them.

I am very happy with the installation of my new furnace and oil tank. They were fast and professional and answered all my questions. It's not ideal to have to have a new furnace in winter, but Knowles did a great job. I'm very happy with the results and highly recommend them.

Such a clean and professional installation. I couldn’t be happier. Very polite and got everything installed with precision and speed. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for high end service at a very reasonable price!
