KD Appliance Repairs

I called at 8a on a Sunday morning after finding my fridge warm. Dean answered quickly & promised to be out by 10a and he was. He quickly located the problem& made efforts to locate the necessary part. We found out the part needed to be ordered. He called me as soon as it came in & squeezed me in early the next morning. He was in and out completing the repair. He was direct and honest without trying to sell me on anything unnecessary. I will definitely call him again.

We contacted Dean at KD Appliances because our washer was making an unusual tumbling noise. After initial consultation we found mold in the gasket as well. Dean replaced the gasket and found the root cause of the noise (shock was loose). Both issues were fixed. He was efficient, communicated clearly, and delivered excellent service. Dean was able to come out the same day I called. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He repaired my dryer quickly.
