Karl's TV, Appliance & Furniture Fargo

Serviceman was out, came back when parts came in. Worked on it, left but washer is still doing the same thing it did when we first called. Have called twice and left voice-mail. We are still waiting for a call back. We are so surprised. We have been a customer of Karl's for years and they have always been so good!!

Lonnie's expertise & professionalism is outstanding. My NEW Bosch dishwasher already had a couple problems. Lonnie knew exactly how to fix it. It took time but he fixed it with great understanding of how the appliance worked. Thanks Lonnie.

The service desk was amazing to work with, from phones calls to how I was helped in store. My experience with them has convinced me to make this my first stop for appliance questions / needs, and look at using them for future appliances at my home.
