It has everything you need for a fun and fulfilling experience. Mostly groceries on promo prices now a days and gives heavy discounts as well. Fresh veges, bakery items plus meat. Amazing

I had a terrible experience at Karaf. I used to shop there occasionally for imported items, but the behavior of the staff and security has always been disappointing. The place constantly has the owners’ protocol vehicles and personal guards roaming around, especially near the mall and Second Cup, which already creates an uncomfortable environment. What completely put me off was my recent visit. After making my purchase and heading out, the guard checked my bill. As I walked through the gate, the alarm went off. He asked me to empty my pockets, which I did, but when I tried again, the alarm went off once more. He insisted there was “something on me.” I even removed my cap, but the alarm still rang. At that point, he called someone who instructed him to search me. I had already cooperated and emptied my pockets, so I felt this was unnecessary and humiliating, but I still agreed because I had nothing to hide. They took me to a back room, searched me, and even suggested there might be a tag on my pants. I had to respond, “Well, I’m not going to take my pants off.” Eventually, they let me go. Later, I discovered it was a soft tag left on my pants by mistake. While I understand alarms can malfunction, the way they handled the situation was completely humiliating and disrespectful. A simple apology or a quick check should have been enough after I emptied my pockets. Instead, I was treated like a criminal for no reason. With that experience, I’ve decided not to shop at Karaf again. Everyday items are easily available at Asian Mall or Save Mart. Imported goods can be found at D Watson, and if you really need a wider variety, Alfatah and Esajee in Islamabad are far better choices. At least those places value and respect their customers.

A newly opened hyper market in Mall of Wah which is located on G.T Road. The interior is very clean and well maintained. You can find local as well as a lot of imported high quality products. They have a variety of products including groceries, fruits & vegetables, meat, bakery items, electronics and a lot more. The staff is friendly and overall a well maintained mart with quality products!

While prices are moderate and in line with market rates, occasional promotional prices enhance affordability. The environment is family-friendly, with a clean and organized setting. However, there are minor issues with item scanning during checkout, and discrepancies exist in the main software, leading to item replacements at the checkout counter. Despite being slightly distant from the main community, the well-managed parking facility adds convenience. The mall's overall appeal could be further enhanced by improving the availability of all grocery items. In summary, it's a comprehensive shopping destination with a few areas that could benefit from refinement.

It's a great hyper mart with no match in the city. Prices are so economical and quality is also awesome. Crockery items are bit expensive. Everything is available. Eateries, bakery items, wearables, grocery, foot wear, toys, electronics everything under one roof. Bakery items are so fresh. Prices of all items are available on concerned racks. Wide underground parking, Payment machines are too slow in the basement. Mobile data also doesn't work properly in the basement therefore cash payment is recommended. Less congested in early morning hours so visit accordingly. Staff needs improvement.
