Jugnu's Salon Chakwal

I had visited this salon with my friend. This experience was really great. I had the deal of half arm wax, mani, pedi and brows upperlips. Mani pedi done by Muqaddas and Rubi was great. Both of them gave a good massage…. So relaxing and cool …. Rimsha gave us waxing service. Her work is excellent. Overall the dealing of staff was friendly and cozy. I recommend others … must visit them

Rating: 1/5 stars (wish I could give them zero stars!) I recently visited Jugnu's Salon for hair coloring and highlights, but the experience was far from satisfactory. Despite bleaching my hair, the color didn't take, and the stylist insisted it was correct, even though my hair remained black. After multiple requests to redo the color, the owner intervened, promising to rectify the issue and offer a complimentary protein treatment. However, when I returned the next day, the color was still off, and my hair was damaged. To my surprise, the protein treatment wasn't provided. The owner's primary concern seemed to be retaining my payment rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the staff was rude and unprofessional. What's even more concerning is the lack of transparency in their pricing. It seems they don't have a standardized rate system, and prices vary arbitrarily from customer to customer. This lack of consistency and transparency is unfair and raises questions about their business practices. Given the subpar service, lack of accountability, and questionable pricing, I would not recommend Jugnu's Salon to others.

Very nice salon. The staff is very friendly and caring. The staff did a great job and made me and my sisters feel very welcome and taken care of. I got a hydra facial from Maryam & Rimsha and I would rate my experience a 10/10. Will definitely come back soon.

Had an amazing experience today. Got my haircut from Anita who did a wonderful job. My little sister's hair cut was also quite good. We both enjoyed our time in the salon in a comfortable atmosphere with friendly staff. The temperature of the space should be a little cooler though.

The worst salon experience ever! I spent a hefty amount on their so-called keratin treatment which vanished in less than a month, and when I reached out to the owner, she confidently told me to visit again so they could “fix it.” I went back, yhe staff looked at my ruined hair and had the audacity to say it looked “perfect.” I’ve attached the picture below so everyone can see what their definition of “perfect” actually is. This place is a scam with zero accountability, and a total waste of money.
