On a Friday night at around 10pm I discovered no hot water or heat in my house and it was 0° outside. I also have a 3-week old newborn in the house so it was a dire situation. I called 7 companies before finally reaching Joel on Saturday afternoon. He wasn’t able to send a technician to my house but was kind enough to personally walk me through some troubleshooting. We discovered the air intake for my combi boiler was covered in ice outside my home. Joel was kind enough to work with me given my situation despite the fact he wasn’t at my home. This was an A+ customer service experience that I will never forget. We got our boiler back up and running for a warm and happy home.

01/12/2025. In our phone conversation Joel was excellent to speak with. He responded quickly, listened carefully to my HVAC concerns, and gave clear, thoughtful advice. The conversation never felt rushed, and he showed a strong understanding of the duct and temperature issues I described. I appreciated his professionalism and will definitely reach out to him again.

Highly recommend. Joel has been my go to since we purchased our home in 2023. The times I’ve needed help with a service that J.M. Curtis doesn’t provide, he has been able to refer me to other fantastic companies that do. He is a wealth of knowledge, very responsive, respectful, and great to work with!
