The worst hospital that I have ever been to , The first time I went there I was told to get an IV drip , and the doctor didn't even ask me about my symptoms or anything and idk what the nurse did to my hand but my hand literally swelled up and it healed after a week or two and THE BEDS HAD BLOOD ON THEM The second time ,I went to get my eyes checked , this time the doctor didn't give a damn about the patients and just got up and went . The assistants ASSISTANT was pouring eye dilation drops continuously and he didn't even wait for 10 mins so the pupil could dilate and I couldn't even open my eyes .. LITERALLY and he still didn't stop and the little girl beside me was about to go crazy cause he PUT THE DROPS MORE THAN 10 TIMES IN HER EYES , anyways then he checked my eyes and didn't tell me a single thing and I don't think you put the dilation drops 6 times per eye ..and you need to wait for like 10 or 20 mins After that , I swear I couldn't see anything and my head was about to explode and I couldn't walk or eat even after 6 hours The worst part is , even my new glasses didnt help me , I thought I need to wait more so another day passed and guess what I STILL CANT SEE PROPERLY NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL I BEG YOU

I visited the hospital last week ( 03-2022). Its one of the best private hospital in abotabad. Most of the employes are helping. They have state of the art operation theaters. They have facility of ICU. This hospital is register on sehat card aswell. A litle bit expensive hospital as compare to local area if you want to get treated privately. They have wards, private and VIP rooms aswell for their patients. You cant see a medical officer on floor but most of the private patients are indirect contact with their primary consultants.

We recently visited JIHA and found it really good. The staff was really supportive but had a horrible and terrifying experience with Dr. Bushra Khan (Gyne ATH). My 59 year old asthmatic mother recently underwent surgery by her at Al-falah Int Hosp Abtd on her own suggestion. She arrived with her team minutes before the OP and started a series of blunders by waiting for only 5mins to observe surgical prophylaxis and operating her in the same domestic clothes. Her extremely careless attitude continued even after the surgery when my mother showed clear signs of a serious complication—deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Dr. Bushra did not recognize or act on these symptoms in time even with PO2 of 82% and hand tremors started. As she had no clue, instead of providing care within the same facility, she was transferred to JIHA ICU at around 2 AM. Once recovered by Allah, she recommended and insisted on spirometry which is contraindicated in DVT and post abdominal surgery(both). Her fellows Dr. Laraib and Dr Sauda were on board throughout this chain of disasters, and are equally responsible. Greed and working overtime has rotten her brain. Please avoid her at all costs and save your loved ones. I hope this review serves as feedback for the doctor in Abtd to improve post-operative monitoring and emergency protocols. Proofs and reports can be provided on request

Jinnah International Hospital located in Abbottabad is a fine hospital. The service is mostly good, some of the staff take their jobs seriously others not so much. Doctors are quite professional at least the ones which I encountered, they're kind, humble and mature enough to listen to us and help us.
