My husband and I had Dell computers that were due to be replaced but we dragged our feet. Then my computer crashed while I was in the middle of a project. Took it in on a Saturday and they worked on it for several hours and got it back up and running. I decided to replace it and they are literally a one stop shop. Picked out a Dell replacement from them and made an appointment to bring mine back the following week. They transferred all the files and then came to my house to install it. They tested all the links to make sure the printer and scanner were connected. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and responsive. Liked them so much took my husband's computer in two weeks later to have it replaced. It died while they were transferring files but they were able to repair it and I'm due to get his new one installed next week. Have to say, they are now my only source for computer repairs and issues. Convenient, affordable and timely - what more could you ask for?

I've been in sales for a long time, and always had a good computer supplied by the company. I recently retired (a bit early:)) and needed to get my own. I have always had good experience with Jason's, including when I purchased a big monitor for myself and a new computer for my wife over the last few years, so I went back. I told the crew at Jason's that I have fabulous photos that I want to work with on a computer as part of my new leisure time, so they asked questions and we talked about what I wanted. They ended up recommended a gaming computer (I'm not a gamer) because of the ability to have enhanced graphics. Boy, am I glad I went in. Everyone there is super friendly and they take care of you through the whole process. I went from an old iMac to the 21st century! I'm having a ball working on it and will share some of my photo art with the fine folks at the shop soon.
