Indus Hospital - Recep Tayyip Erdogan Campus, Muzaffargarh

It was a great experience to visit Indus hospital muzaffargarh last evening, due to some some domestic relations. The whole hospital is neat and clean all over the place. The medical staff was doing their job with devotional spirit and dedication. The only thing which I want to point out is, The doctors behavior is not good as a professional doctor should act like. Overall the atmosphere is much better.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the care provided to my relative, at your hospital. The experience has been deeply concerning, and I feel compelled to highlight the issues we encountered to prevent others from facing similar situations. The staff failed to properly note the patient's temperature, which is critical for effective patient care. Vital information was not entered correctly into the system on multiple occasions, leading to potential risks to patient safety. Despite the patient's deteriorating condition, the staff did not inform the senior doctors, which is a serious lapse in protocol. The patient was vomiting throughout the day, and despite repeated reminders, no one attended to administer necessary injections. When we finally spoke with a senior doctor, we were told that everything was fine based on their information, and that the patient would be discharged that day. This was despite the patient losing 12 kg in 10 days and experiencing a significant drop in blood levels (from 10 to 8). It is evident that the hospital failed to provide the necessary care and attention. The health and safety of patients should be the highest priority, and the lack of adequate treatment and response from the staff is deeply troubling. I urge you all to please choose any other hospital as this is hospital just by name. They neither charge fee neither they treat. but on behalf of admission they will be charging to parent organization for more funds.
