I had a very quick and perfect repair of an iPad that a piece of charger stuck in it. The owner was so nice. I appreciate doing business with friendly and courteous people and that is exactly what this business offers, plus decently-priced repairs. If another issue occurs I’ll be sure to return to iFix.

I have used IFix wireless several times in the past and have always had a great experience. The reason I use this company is due to their 180 warranty on all replaced screens. Today I took in a phone that I had ifix repair 3 months ago and the screen had quit working. I was informed that even though the screen wasn’t cracked they would not honor the warranty. Spoke with the manager and he said “yeah the screen isn’t cracked but we can tell it has been dropped at some point.” The guy in store even said yeah sorry we can’t honor our warranty. I will not be back and will also warn other people to stay away from this store.

Excellent service! Has repaired two phone screens for me over the last 5 years and always does a great job. Reasonable prices, friendly service. Definitely hit them up for repairs. They also purchase old electronics! Thank you, iFix It!

This repair shop is owned by an industry expert with over eight years of specialized repairs in cellphones and computers. 2. The shop owner is humble enough to reach out to other experts in the field for specialize advice. All too often repair shop owners develop an ego that interferes with their work. This is not the case with Took. 3. Not only is the repair shop qualified in their technical abilities, the shop owner has a way to connect and relate to his clients. In an industry where it’s saturated with younger professionals, looking to make fast money; they forget that clients are the most important part of the industry. With that being said, I’ll deduct a star because this shop does not provide complementary drinks during the repair procedure. If this shop wants to earn the full 5 stars, I’ll expect a area that serves refreshments to their clients while they wait.

Bruce was super nice and friendly and told me what was wrong with my phone instead of lying and saying he could fix it. Very honest and very kind. Prices are amazing
