This place is amazing! I was panicked when I opened my computer and found some strange screen I had never seen. I did a little searching on the internet and thought I would give Heartland a try and kept my fingers crossed it would all work out. The team got to working on my problem right away and got me up and running again very quickly. I am so grateful for their expertise and I highly recommend them!

I recently had an outstanding experience at Heartland Computers and felt compelled to share. After purchasing a laptop from PC Gold, I left feeling uncertain about whether I had made the right choice. I had explained that I needed a computer capable of running Adobe Premiere efficiently, but I wasn’t sure what specifications were required — which is exactly why I sought professional guidance. Unfortunately, I did not receive the level of assistance or explanation I had hoped for, and I left feeling unsure about my purchase. Wanting clarity, I visited Heartland Computers to confirm whether the laptop I bought was truly suited for my needs. From the moment I walked in, the difference in service was clear. The gentleman who assisted me took the time to thoroughly review my laptop’s specifications and clearly explained what each component meant and how it would impact performance — especially for video editing. He then showed me two alternative laptops, carefully explaining how they compared and why they would better support my use of Adobe Premiere. What stood out most was not just his product knowledge, but his transparency and education-focused approach. He even discussed long-term serviceability and how the laptops he recommended would be easier to repair and upgrade down the road! Because of his patience, expertise, and genuine desire to ensure I had the right tool for my work, I confidently returned the original laptop and purchased from Heartland instead. I am extremely appreciative of the knowledgeable, honest, and customer-focused service I received. Heartland Computers has earned my trust, and I will absolutely return for future upgrades and repairs. Highly recommended.

One of the nicest! Two other places wanted to send my laptop off and charge and nice amount but said it was the motherboard. Heartland took 15 - 20 min and had my computer fixed.
