Great and thorough service. Jared was very professional and courteous. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and what was wrong. I really appreciate the promptness of service. Thanks Update: Jared is awesome. He came back to fix a thermostat issue that arose since his first visit. It was a quick fix, but I really appreciated it. Thanks again Update 2: Jared and Cole came back on Friday and installed a new furnace. They did a fantastic job. Works great! Thanks again

Tech (Justin Laplander) kept in touch with me directly about arrival. He knew the system very well. Communicated well and was polite. The return visit was even before the scheduled time! He replaced a pretty major part in an hour, working diligently and did some preventive maintenance to help the boiler’s systems last longer. I am thoroughly pleased with Hawk’s Services including their administrative staff. Pleased to be back with a professional, reliable HVAC company again.
