I had a great experience with Gray Line Roofing from start to finish. The crew was professional, friendly, and knew what they were doing. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was cleaned up when the job was done. My new roof looks amazing, and I really appreciated how they kept me updated throughout the process. It’s hard to find companies that care this much about quality and customer service these days. 10/10 highly recommend

We are very happy with our new roof from Gray Line Roofing and we’ve received several compliments. From the day I called them, due to a leak in the roof, to the day of completion was around 5 days. Stephen, who is amazing, came out to our house on a weekend, assessed our problem, and provided two solutions. Ultimately, we decided on replacing our 20 year old roof and couldn’t be happier. Pricing was perfect. Stephen worked with us and basically made an offer we couldn’t say no to. Three days later, the crew began work, and they were fast. It’s messy business tearing off an old roof but when they departed on the second day, they had cleaned up everything. I scoured the driveway for loose nails but didn’t find a single one. Throughout the entire process, communication was great. The job supervisor texted and called periodically to update me on the status. He even texted me when they went to lunch. The workers were respectful, professional, and very polite. It’s been hit or miss for us in Virginia Beach with contractors and such as we work to keep this house in shape. Gray Line Roofing was a home run.

Quite simply, The Best! We could not be happier with our results from start to finish. From Rob, who was canvassing our neighborhood, to Roger who explained everything in terms we could understand, to Tyler who managed the actual install, this team is quite simply the best. Rob was incredibly respectful when he stopped by our house. Roger was thorough and answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns upfront. Tyler was kind and helpful, and proud of his crew for very obvious reasons. His crew themselves were great also, they waved at and engaged my son when he shouted up a greeting to them. The actual product is stellar. It looks fantastic, and after a solid night of rain the craftsmanship is apparent, as there were no new leaks, and old leaks gone! We were VERY impressed that the crew was able to fulfill their promise to get the job done in one day. The day before our install, a neighbor began a roof replacement project with a competitor roofing company. Their job ended up being a 3-day install for a similar amount of roofing, and the dumpster stayed in their driveway over the weekend before being picked up. For our project, materials were delivered the day before, and all other supplies the day of the project. The team did a wonderful job cleaning up the nails and roof debris from our yard, with Tyler himself doing a final sweep to make sure everything was properly cleaned up. This was important to me, since we have kids and pets who spend a lot of time outside. All in all, we’re are so happy with our new roof, and would recommend Gray Line Roofing over any of their competitors. Thank you so much Gray Line, you are the best!! Very pleased with Gray Line Roofing the salesman Stephen is good. He did a complete inspection from the attic. Found multiple leaks and took pictures. We agreed on a price and a date. They came a day early and knocked it out quick. Cleaned up the mess and took more pictures of damage and the completed repairs. Very happy and would recommend them to anyone. Definitely would call them again.
