They were great and got me in that day. Solved my problem fast. Very nice.

Went there to get an alignment and told them to look the front end over while it was there as the tires where wearing oddly. After getting the car back it still had issues so I looked over it for a total of 5 minutes or less before I found they had not looked over anything as the control arm bushing was completely gone. Needless to say I paid $90 for an alignment that made no difference because the control arm is a very big part of keeping a car on the road and missing something like that could cause bigger problems as in wheel assembly falling off and causing an accident. If you don’t know much about cars do not trust them, would hate for some family to have a wreck due to their inability to do their job

Do not believe the negative reviews. Kevin and his team have the experience to work on old vehicles and educated and up to date to work on new vehicles. In my experience (lived in Springfield for +20 years) they have NEVER price gouged. They have helped me and directed me where else to go if they didn't feel confident in what they could provide - or if it would take them to long. GRAHAM IS THE SOLID CHOICE FOR YOU.

I took my truck to Graham Automotive to fix a few things. All was going well for the most part, but they ended up taking an extra day on my truck because they broke some bolts for my valve cover. I get that they were old, but those are low torque bolts and they should not have broken, but I understand that it happens. But they changed my break fluid and did not seal something correctly. My brake light came on the following day and I made it back to Graham with very little fluid to spare. They fixed it, but there was no discount offered. Just an apology. I hope I just had a bad experience, but making sure the brake fluid is not leaking should be a high priority. I hate leaving a bad review, but I did not have a good experience.
