Gourmet Restaurant

Bought 4 stuff chicken with pineapple sauce , one had hair in it. The manager saw it and agreed to replace it. By the time it was served we managed to finish our dinner. And asked to pack the one that was brought as replacement. Got home, checked the food and it was eaten and all the cheese was taken out. It was very dissappointing! Always check the packed food

I recently had the chance to dine at Gourmet Restaurant, hoping for a delightful Iftar experience, but was met with disappointment. The meal I opted for was an Iftar platter and Kebab Deal, which included Seekh Kebab, Malai Boti, and Chicken Tikka, along with a side order of their Special Handi. Unfortunately, the "Special" Handi fell short of its name, lacking in flavor and leaving much to be desired. Similarly, the Malai Boti was missing its signature creamy richness, and the Seekh Kebabs were below par in taste and quality. This was a letdown, especially considering the anticipation for a flavorful feast. Adding to the dismay was the restaurant's interior and cutlery, which appeared outdated and worn, desperately in need of an update. This aspect alone significantly detracted from the dining experience, making it less enjoyable. Another point of contention was the pricing. The restaurant charges excessively for its offerings, with even a simple naan bread priced at 130, which is steep compared to its competitors. This pricing, coupled with the lackluster food and ambiance, fails to justify the cost of dining here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Gourmet Restaurant. The combination of uninspiring dishes, outdated decor, and high prices make it a place I won't be visiting again. For those seeking a memorable dining experience, it might be wise to consider other options.

Went for a dinner after a long time considering the past experience of good food, good service in a casual restaurant. But to our surprise, Ambiance is not that acceptable, Non renovated old sitting. Dirty plates and glasses were served. Ordered Whole Grilled chicken, Maghaz, and Mutton Kabab Masala with Pineapple Salad and Naan. Total bill was 6300. Whole Chicken 8/10 Maghaz 6/10 Pineapple Salad 3/10 (Cream chart from any juice corner would be better) Mutton Kabab Masala 8.5/10 Sorry to say one of my favourite restaurant has lost their standards. Will never go again due to dirty ambiance and quality of food.

Gourmet has maintained it's quality of fine dining over the years. They have the authentic taste of desi food no less than other big food chains & surprisingly their fast food & Chinese are hit too. I'm impressed by it's quality as well as quantiy. And surprisingly it's a great value for money. These days when the other restaurants has compromised with quantity or lower their quality standards, Gourmet is sailing the boat smoothly. It should be praiseworthy & appreciated, keep it up 👍⭐. The staff is very friendly & gives you suggestion regarding the menu. My only recommendation is that the management should work on the ambience to make it more attractive & comfortable.
