Steve and his team are very professional and responded quickly. He came out on a short notice and was able to explain what needs to be done so I can continue on with my foundation project. Thanks to his quick action, I'm able to move forward without any delays. We were also lucky to have good sand, which helped speed up the grouting process. What a flawless experience. Steve Adams from Geo Grout came out for an emergency soil reinforcement with penetrating grout and turned a literal nightmare into an actual pleasant experience. The employees were all very professional, punctual, and their preemptive measures in ensuring the neighboring foundations were not compromised or spoiled from excess grouting (Steve was right on the money with his knowledge that sometimes the grout can seep through compromised footings into neighboring spaces and had a worker there monitoring and cleaning up right away) was just another factor that made everyone reassured that the work was being done properly. As a general constructor, Steve’s firm will be my go to business for these services without question. His pricing is more than fair and his experience is vast (national and international experience under his belt). I even told him that I almost am glad this whole ordeal occurred just for the fact that I got connected with him and can use him for my other projects. Ona side note, I have yet to meet many business owners in the trades that cares so much for their employees and their future than this man. A serious inspiration for how business is supposed to be done.
