I would give this place a negative star review if possible. The Fargo ND location is a waste of real estate. They never have parts on hand and the absolute worst service/parts department I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and just get the parts you need off amazon and service advice from google and Youtube. The world would be a better place without this business
The technician was quick and efficient. He was knowledgeable about the equipment that needed to be repaired.
I wish I could give it zero stars terrible service. I never heard someone tell me oh I don't know when a tec will come fix your machines cuz we don't communicate with them! Have two things of equipment down for about 4 months now and they finally came to look at it for them to say oh I have to order parts and idk when they will be in! Are you kidding me!
Always professional, solves the problem quickly. They’ve worked twice in my commercial dishwasher. Had a wonderful experience both times. Definitely recommend!
Very slow response time, poor job completion rate and I've found the charges we are assessed are questionable for the work done. We are stuck with GP as they are the only ones in town certified to work on our equipment but if I had an option, I would certainly go elsewhere.
