I took a family heirloom ring in for repair to replace a tiny missing diamond. They found several loose stones and fixed those as well. The repairs were done before the estimated time frame and the ring looks beautiful. Would highly recommend Ganem Jewelers.
I was hesitant to repair my delicate gold horse pendant after the connector to the bale broke, but I’m so glad I trusted Ganem Jewelers in Ahwatukee. The repair was flawless — you can’t even tell it was ever damaged. They also polished both the pendant and the chain, and they look brand new again. Thank you, Jackie! The Ganum service is impeccable starting with James (master jeweller) to Rep Ms. Christine who welcomed me in to my long time awesome Rep Ms. Jackie! She’s amazing in every way. She took the time to listen to my needs and could not be more patient with me. Respect. Never once did I feel rushed or pressured. My ring repairs and resizing were perfect and most of all Jackie found just the silver chain I’ve been wanting and we ordered it right away!
