Fudd's Clock Shop went beyond quality work on the 'Grandfather' clock that is around 150 years old and has wooden gears and mechanisms. One of the wooden gears required the building of a replacement 'tooth'. That it is working perfectly again is a reflection of Fudd's patience, craftsmanship, and insight into intricately designed and manufactured clocks. For the Seth Thomas 'Steeple' clock that was missing one of its 'Steeples' for more than fifty years, he 'turned' a new small 'steeple' that finished the looks of the clock. "Way beyond what was expected!"

I have always wanted a grandfather clock. For my 75th birthday, I bought two clocks from Fudd, a grandfather clock and a grandmother clock. On Tuesday, he delivered them and set them up for us. We live in a historic family home and the floors are uneven. He balanced the clock in the dining room and it works perfectly, despite the wavy floor. He and my husband, carried the grandmother clock up a staircase with narrow steps and he set that one up, too. It runs perfectly. He left us with verbal and written instructions on how to keep the clocks running smoothly. What a fine young man to deal with!!!! He was so polite and courteous and his sons were very well mannered. I was so happy with the service we received that I sent two very old family clocks with him for repairs. I look forward to getting them back. If you have clocks that need repair, go directly to Fudd! Fudd was very diligent about repairing our antique German wall clock.
