I appreciated completing the form so I could document the details of my contact information and repair requirement specifically. Within a few hours, Frederick Roof Repair contacted me to discuss my roof. The next day, Stefan came out to the house, as committed in the morning, and reviewed the damage. He gave his honest assessment and offered informative advice about whether to repair or replace the roof. I appreciated his honesty very much. The next day, as promised, they repaired the roof. The price was reasonable considering his responsiveness and two trips to the house (first one for the assessment and estimate, and second one to perform the repair). They were highly professional and safe on the day of the repair. After the repair, Frederick Roof Repair sent a set of detailed photos, which I also appreciated in case I have future repairs on the same roof. This is a top-notch company.
