I had two old Seagate 1TB desktop hard drives recovered by this local business, and I am extremely satisfied with the results and service. After a move, both drives suffered damage from improper storage—the newer 2013 drive wasn’t recognized by my computer at all, and the older 2005 drive had a broken USB connection, improper power exposure, and clicking noises when connected. I found this business by chance due to their location near my workplace. After reading their positive reviews, I decided to go with them instead of the larger national recovery companies. For the newer drive, Rich was responsive and informed me that over 99.9% of my data was successfully recovered, including over 52,000 photos, videos, and documents. They cloned the drive, rebuilt the file system, and preserved all the original folder and file names. They returned my original drive along with a new 1TB portable drive containing the recovered files. Recovering these precious memories meant a lot to me. The second, older drive was more damaged. Terry was excellent at keeping me informed at every stage of the recovery. They diagnosed a damaged PCB and ordered a donor PCB to repair it, then imaged the entire drive and recovered all 831GB of data. Again, file structure and names were preserved, and data was returned on a new portable drive along with the original. Although I was prepared to pay the ballpark prices I had been quoted elsewhere, this business managed to complete both repairs at significantly lower costs without compromising quality. I am genuinely grateful to have found this business and greatly recommend their services to anyone needing reliable, affordable, and professional data recovery.

Great experience with FlashFixers! I shipped my phone (which was dead due to significant water damage) from out of state after trying to find a reputable company to trust with my device and data. The internals had corrosion and shorts throughout the board. They were able to take apart, locate, and repair / replace individual chip connectors giving them the ability to save 100% of my photos and files that had built up over the last 4 years. I cant even describe the amount of relief and joy I felt after getting back 4 years of memories, especially because I thought it was all gone forever.
