Five Star Refrigeration

Five Star Refrigeration definitely went the extra mile for me. My heater went out early January, when temperatures were about 11 degrees in Las Cruces. I started with another local popular company. The part to fix my issue was hard to get and the other company said they solely use only one supplier and it was going to take 30-60 days for the part to arrive. After being without heat for over a couple of weeks, another HVAC company that didn't do this type of repair recommended Five Star Refrig. They diagnosed the same problem. They researched multiple suppliers and did everything in their power to get the part to arrive by shipping in a few days. Easy to work with, kept me up to date, would return calls, and price was even lower than the first company I started with! If I ever have another issue, I know where to call first for results I can depend on! Thank you Five Star Refrigeration.

The five star rating is well deserved. When my evaporative cooler started having problems on one of the hottest days of the year, I was very surprised to receive a same day call from Aldo at Five Star that he could come out to have a look. He and Junior arrived within a short time to check out my system. They were very thorough and helpful. Considering that this was probably one of the busiest times, same day service was a welcome relief. Previous visits have also been very good. I won't hesitate to recommend them.

Five Star Refrigeration provided a great service. They were selected by the warranty company to check out what was going on with my AC. The tech was very thorough in checking every little thing to find exactly what services/repairs were required. I started ro have multiple issues with the warranty, however, I never had an issue with Five Star Refrigeration, they were very communicative with me, they advocated for me, they have true and honest care for their customers like me. Tanya and Liz were awesome! I really appreciate all of the help with the warranty and letting me know what was going on on their end. I highly recommend Five Star Refrigeration, they will make you feel important and cared for!

My home warranty service set up an HVAC tune-up with Five Star. They promptly contacted us and we set up an appointment within one day. Joe was the tech who serviced our heating system. He gave us professional advice on the unit and completed a thorough tune-up. We appreciated dealing with courteous, knowledgeable and efficient employees through out the process. My HVAC is working better than before!
