Cy was here today to do the yearly cleaning of our fireplaces. He was so knowledgeable and so good about explaining what needed to be done. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Joe was amazing to work with. He knew we had a family event planned, so he got someone to our house right away. The technician, Sy, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and had our fireplace up and running in no time! Very appreciative to have such great customer service.

We recently had FirePlace Glo replace our fan in our fireplace. The service technician was great! With the recent blizzard our vent to our fireplace was blocked with snow and ice and quit working. I called Joe and he was so kind to walk me through what to do to step by step to get the pilot lit again helping us avoid a service call. I highly recommend them! I can't say enough good things about Joe and FirePlace Glo. We were having issues starting our fireplace and had received a quote from another company that was much higher than we were expecting. Joe came over personally to look at our fireplace and was able to solve our issue at a fraction of the cost. Courteous, prompt and willing to do whatever he can to help you out.
