Great communication on what was needed, Time frame for the install to be started and finished. The day of install we were notified 30 minutes prior to arriving and were accurate about that arrival time. The install and delivery team introduced themselves with 100% professionalism and accurately described everything that was going to be done. Having an older furnace there was some sheet metal work that was needed from the shop and it looked amazing when done. Overall great experience to have with Favret having a new furnace installed before the temperatures really start to drop.
We have been Favret customers for over 20 years. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and timely. In addition to having them install a new furnace and AC, we have an annual maintenance plan which works out well for ongoing service. We are very pleased Favret!
Our furnace broke down and Favret replaced the furnace the next day! They also installed a replacement air conditioner unit. The workers were knowledgeable, experienced, and efficient. We are very pleased with the company and the excellent workmanship.
