We just compared replacing our carpets upstairs ( four bedrooms and closets) by Fantastic Harwood floors- Edson and his team did very good work, we are extremely satisfied with their work , attention to details and daily summary of work done and finally the clean up and putting back all the furnitures in it’s original place. For our floor sanding and staining project, I contacted two companies based on their reviews and website presentation. Fantastic Hardwood Floors was one of them. I left a message and received a call back within a few hours. Edson was courteous and professional. I explained the project, and we scheduled a consultation visit. He arrived on time, listened carefully, and offered helpful insight. He came across as knowledgeable and experienced. Within a couple of days, I had two comparable proposals in hand, one from each company. Both seemed solid, but I chose Fantastic Hardwood Floors because Edson struck me as proactive and genuinely client-focused. The work began two days later. The crew arrived on a Monday and spent two full days sanding and staining three bedrooms, a sunroom, and a hallway. Edson provided regular updates to keep me informed of their progress. By Tuesday afternoon, the project was complete. The floors, with a natural tone, look great. Two days later, Edson stopped by to make sure everything looked good and to see if I had any questions. Given their quality of work and attention to client needs, I’ve already asked them to take on another project, refinishing our staircase. In my opinion, Edson’s professionalism and commitment to his clients set Fantastic Hardwood Floors apart from the competition.
