Marcus and Abram, heating and cooling installers, put my mind at ease. The install took less time than initially designated. Both were very professional. Matt, project manager was very nice and helped me to find the best fit of product for my needs. Billy came to fix my old unit and gave options to resolve the mechanical issues. Great job, I appreciate the way my service was expeditiously and gracefully handled. Great customer service.

Electrical meter torn from the house during icestorm by falling tree branches. EM took my call, sent out a tech, and completed my job to perfection. My tech's name was Jack. He is the greatest!!! Following my reconnect by PS, everything came up except the electricity...EM sent Charles out and he diagnosed the need...and addressed it. This company has done an excellent job caring for my electrical needs.

I spoke with Jaylan from Environment Masters for the customer, Henry Bolls, and I was very impressed with this young man. He was very professional and explained all that needed to be repaired/replaced for my brother. I have pleaded with Henry for many years to have a professional company representative come to see what actually needed to be done to correct the many plumbing issues he has had for several years and he finally allowed me to contact your company. I can only imagine the peace of mind he will have once all the work is completed. I pray he will never have ongoing issues as he has had. Thank you so much.
