Could not be happier with our new doors and windows. Joe was so easy to work with and very responsive. His crew showed up when scheduled and were very respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves! Highly recommend!

We are really pleased with the quality of the door and the customer service from Eastern Shore Window & Door. The door fits great and the quality is great. The door was installed within the time frame that was promised. The installer was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a door installed.

I ordered a slider and a storm door. The sales rep was prompt, pleasant and knowledgeable. I spoke with the owner several times to arrange delivery and installation that fit with my schedule. The installer was great too - on time and left the premises clean. I would definitely do business with Terry, Joe and Jake again.

At first we were very disappointed with the communication. When the workers with Diaz Construction showed up they did an AMAZING job! Truly beautiful bay window installed

We placed an order with Eastern Sore Window and Door for windows n 2021. The owner (Joseph) took the deposit and never processed the order. I contacted him many times. Owner’s response ranges from offensive to listening mode, and back to rude. But he made no attempt to even place the order for manufacturing. Still no windows. We plan to go to court. I wrote this review to warn potential customers about scamming Eastern Doors and Windows periodically does. I saw other reviews when this company took money and never delivered services.
