My laptop wouldn’t charge. Rodrick handled this issue so quickly and professionally. The total turnaround time was 3 hours on a Saturday. I will 100% be bringing any device I need help with in the future to him. The price was affordable and the service was fantastic. Her voice was very calming and angelic which put me at ease when i dropped off my pc to the store.
