D&D Mechanical

I used D&D to replace our unit a few years ago because they listened to what I wanted to accomplish with some changes and they have continued to maintain it with twice yearly inspections for a reasonable price. Very pleased.

D&D Mechanical is it! I was shocked at the price... thankfully in a good way. I was expecting to empty my bank account out for an AC repair but the diagnostic check was extremely reasonably priced, I needed a new condenser and he had it readily available 🙏Dakota had the temperature in my house from 88° to a beautiful 72° in less than an 20min!! If I could give 10 stars i definitely would.

Our A/C went out at 6pm on a Friday. I called our regular HVAC company and they were supposed to come out this morning but they called me and said the tech told them it was raining at our house and couldn't come out. It wasnt even raining at our house. They said, we'll be out sometime today or tomorrow. We called D&D and they came right out. Dakota was amazing. The diagnostic fee was less expensive than our old company. Dakota was so nice and respectful. He was even going to put on shoe covers. Something our old company never did. It started raining and I mean it come down heavy. That man worked in the rain under his umbrella. I felt so bad for him. But he was efficient and he was AMAZING. I hope we don't have to see him again anytime soon but if ever anything happens again, we will be using D&D Mechanical. The customer service and pricing is impressive!

David and Dakota were fantastic—genuinely kind , professional and patient. They answered all my questions and installed our AC system carefully. The price was also better than other quotes we got. Highly recommend this company!

Dakota is here right now (9:45 At night) and has been awesome! He redid our drain and is now doing a check on the outside unit. He explained everything to us before doing the work and we are going to sign up for the priority club as well. Great service!
