Daewoo Express Sahiwal Terminal

Very disappointed with the service. We booked 4 tickets online for the 5 AM bus. Two of us were just 5 minutes late, and despite our request, the driver and staff refused to let us board. They told us to go to Okara City stop and assured our tickets would be transferred to the next bus (1 hour later). But when we got there, the staff refused to accommodate us. Our tickets and time were wasted, and we were treated very poorly. Extremely unprofessional behavior – no flexibility, no customer support.

Service from Sahiwal to Lahore is completely useless, the buses are dilapidated, the AC is not working properly. Also, the engine is very noisy. Please change the buses on this route and provide good service. The rest of the staff is good.

Today, my journey was very comfortable thanks to traveling in Daewoo Business Class. The seats were spacious, service was excellent, and the overall experience was smooth and relaxing. Highly recommended!

The bus of daweoo LES 1705 is in very cheap condition the arrival time is 8 pm but Dua to the dismiss of back light the bus stop on a petroleum pump and the arrive at 9 pm this is not a way if someone wants to go early that's why he booked the early one ticket he/she is not mad leave all of their work and these faculty don't even wait 5 min of their time I have been missed 7 pm bus bcz I was 1 min late and the bus arrived
