Fantastic craftsmanship. We selected Cutter as they have the highest Trex certification in the CR/IC area. We worked with Andy to design a covered Trex deck with enclosed storage area below. I appreciated the communication from him, and quality of the work. Mark was the job foreman and he ran the crew efficiently and effectively. Mike Cutter and his team took a concept of a garage/home addition that lived in my mind and made it come to life, far exceeding expectations.
