Cunningham Carpet Cleaning

Disappointed we paid over 300 for a deep carpet cleaning for 2 bedrooms, the carpets we stained from my teenage boys, so he stayed for only 1 hour and took 30 minutes to set up and break down equipment and when it was finished the edges/corners of the carpet were still dirty, had a peptobismal smell and white and yellow patches everywhere. I called to see if that was normal for a deep cleaning? He came back out and said yeah he didn't know why that happened but he would come back to fix it. When I called to set yup an appointment, it would not be for 3 weeks and extra charge. I expressed i needed it done asap I had all the of the bedroom stuff just in my living room and was expecting company, and the large staining of yellow and white had to have been from the cleaning supplies. I was very disappointed because i went with them due to the fact they are a well established company in the community, but as upset i was with the timing and service I'll just taking the my business else where. I do not recommend and will not be using their services again.

Took me some time to find this site to rate Cunningham 5 stars plus a huge thank you!! You are professional and friendly and did an amazing job. Can’t believe all the stuff that came out of my ducts. I only wish I hadn’t waited so long for you to clean them, already my allergies are better and the house air seems lighter. Thank you!!

I called Cunningham frantically because I had just purchased a home and could hear debris in the vents when the heater was running. Upon my own investigation from what I could see closer to the surface of the duct was flooring material in the vents, as well as trash, dirt and dust, and leaves. My kids have allergies and we couldn’t occupy the home. They came out and spent a majority of their day cleaning the ducts and pulled out the nastiest of things… I owe them a lot because we can finally move into our home. Thank you guys for the great customer service and dedication to the job. I will ALWAYS recommend you!
