Doug is first rate. Very tech knowledgeable, passionate, consistent. He's busy because he's good, but always accessible and responsive. Doug and the CT PC Tech team keep me going, have gotten me through some sticky tech situations and are a comfort to know they are willing and able to help when tech things go wrong.

Doug was very helpful and was able to diagnose the issue very quickly. I have experience with building computers but could not figure out what was wrong with my laptop. He was very friendly and responsive and even helped me look at how the computer repairs might be paid for under extended warranty. The prices were great and the service was even better. Doug was great! My son destroyed a laptop (6 years old by accident) it was a good but old machine. Doug found a great replacement at a great price and it works perfectly and he saved me money and made home schooling easier from me and my son.
