Our house had long needed a roof replacement and new siding. We basically had a complete exterior renovation. We hired Crafted to perform the work and they were amazing to work with through every step of the process - from proposal to execution of work to completion. Courtney was extremely responsive to our questions and concerns and professional throughout. I highly recommend their company.

I had Will from Crafted Exterior Services come out to inspect a potential roof leak at my multifamily property. He was extremely thorough and professional. He took the time to check the roof carefully, even going back to grab ladders to make sure everything was properly inspected. He also checked the attic and surrounding areas to make sure nothing was being missed. What I appreciated most was the honesty. After a full inspection, he told me there were no active leaks and that the roof looked to be in good condition. There was no pressure or attempt to upsell unnecessary repairs, which is rare. Communication with the team was also excellent. They responded quickly to emails and were very prompt in scheduling the inspection. Overall a great experience. I would absolutely recommend Crafted Exterior Services if you want a company that is responsive, professional, and straightforward.

The wind ripped flashing off the house. Will did an amazing job replacing it! He was professional and fast. The house looks great! We look forward to using Crafted Exterior in the future for all our roofing needs.

Courtney was fast and efficient with scheduling my roof repair, the crew came out the next morning in gale force winds and sub freezing conditions, and the repair is fantastic.
