Computer Maven

I called Robert, of Computer Maven, and he answered immediately. Listened to what the pro lem was and resolved it over the phone. He is pretty sharp, knowledgeable and very helpful. You can not go wrong with this company.

I've used Computer Maven (Ralph) as my computer guru for many years, and he's always found solutions to my problems. His response has been prompt, and he's worked both at my house and remotely.

I started working with Computer Maven soon after I started my Bay Area-based consulting firm and now he is my go-to for computer support. He has also done a great job helping me plan for capital purchases around computer equipment so I can establish a budget over time and be prepared. I highly recommend him. Ralph came to my house to do data recovery on a failed laptop. Charged $250. Gave me only shortcuts to the files, not the files themselves. Said he would come back at no additionsl cost to put it right and never came back. Now, three weeks later, I had to take my laptop somewhere else to be fixed. He didn't check his work before leaving because his wife called and he was swiftly out the door. WILL NOT CALL HIM AGAIN. I give him a D-.

Ralph, Computer Maven, has been a God-send for us. The previous IT guy left a mess of intertwined cables and programs - which failed regularly. Ralph has sort out the mess that we had, fixing first the cables, then the programs, and finally the passwords. I could not possibly offer a higher recommendation - good sense of humor, patience and competence!
