Had a very common issue with thermal paste. Guy said he had never heard of the issue before. Said he "knew his competition and Noone else around could do thermal paste." Never quoted a price. Real smart ass on the phone. I called a different repair shop and they fixed and tested my computer within a couple hours. Update I know it affects your livelihood but not only did you NOT even give me a chance to refuse your services, you are also definitely not educated enough on your competition. I also saw another person say you do not know what you are doing at all with gaming PCs. You should educate yourself both on gaming PCs and your competition. Had i been given the chance to refuse your services I would have. But you tried to tell me you were the only person around and would not take no for an answer.

I went to his office today because my laptop wasn't turning on for while. But he helped fix my laptop which was chargers problem. He also helped with other things like how to make my laptop more faster and useful. He was really nice and funny guy. He was the best guy I ever met.👍

Would highly recommend Dan for your computer repair needs. I had old church equipment that I needed help with to print checks and Dan did everything he could think of to help get us back in business. He spent hours researching and looking for alternatives for us. The printer was dead in the water but Dan had a printer on hand and at a very reasonable price that we were able to purchase and get us up and running again. I will definitely b using him again with my own personal equipment.

Dan was amazing! I walked in with low spirits and a PC I’ve been unable to fix for about ~2 years. He took the time to sit me down, show me was going on, solved the issue, and even taught what I could do better to optimize my storage & overall PC performance. He worked quickly & the pricing was great; he also cleaned out my computer case to remove all the dust inside. I don’t think it’s been this clean since it was first built! Most importantly: I feel like I learned a few things, made a friend, and found my computer guy all in one visit. Thank you so much! I don’t know where me or my PC would be without you. 🙂
