Outstanding printer diagnosis and replacement! My mother's Deskjet had a sudden head failure. The owner saw us immediately, made a well-reasoned diagnosis and implemented a solution in no time. We were in and out in 2 hours at a most competitive price point. A failure on Friday night was solved by Saturday afternoon, in time for a critical business meeting and sprint to the airport.

It is good to work with a small business in the Bangor area instead of the big box stores. I have a new to me refurbished laptop that is working great. They immediately gave me a price point of what it would cost me and kept me updated throughout the time it took to fix it. They do offer for a fee a nice service to get your laptop looked at right away if you need that.
