BEST SPOT TO GET YOUR CONSOLE FIX!! Incredibly nice guy who tells you exactly what he is fixing and gives you live updates when servicing your console. The price is lower than any other repair store I called and he got my console fixed within a day! I don’t usually do reviews but I had to because more people need to hear about this company.

Our PS5 fried suddenly, and it was past its warranty. We went to ColdConsoles and it was such an easy experience. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue along with giving our console a much needed deep clean within a matter of a day. He was so easy to get a hold of and was so communicative throughout the process. We knew when he was working on the console and the second he was able to diagnose the issue. We were so worried that we were going to have a super expensive fix, but he gave us such a great deal. I will recommend everyone come here for their consoles from now on. 10/10!

Matt's a Godsend! Beyond better than Sony! Matt immediately answered when I called, he was super nice and helpful; answering all the questions I had, was able to have me in same-day (although I chose to go another day), and continued to keep in close contact through text with any additional questions I had until I arrived. Upon arrival, Matt immediately diagnosed my PS5 right in front of me, showing and explaining the problem. He gave me an estimated price and time, and even suggestions of nice places to go while I wait. Matt immediately started working on my PS5 and used my number to text me with in-depth updates with pictures for everything he did, as often as minutes apart (Pictures included). He originally told me the process would take roughly 2-3 hours and cost $145, but he finished in 1 hour and 30 minutes and charged $140. That is including him replacing the liquid metal and thermal paste, cleaning out any dust and other filth, and giving me tips to follow to avoid my PS5 breaking again. When I got home, my PS5 felt brand new again! The only "bad" thing that happened was he accidentally forgot to put back in one of the cosmetic outer vent covers that goes in between the body and the plates, but when I told him, he was super apologetic, reviewed the repair footage same-day (which I believe you can ask him to send you), and sent out the part first thing the next day using next-day shipping. In comparison to PlayStation repairs; I had to pay $241.60 up front, I was left in the dark for 6 days before I even got an email confirming the payment, reading the information I was provided and adding up the time of deliveries and repair, it would have taken roughly 36 days to be unsure if I'd receive my same PS5 back, and when I called for my money back because Matt already fixed it, I was told that I would need to wait to be approved, then IF I get approved, I would have to wait even longer to receive it. Sony cares about your money, Matt cares about you. Please support your small businesses!

My ps5 was likely on the verge of death i would often get an over heating warning and could barely play next gen games for 10 minutes. I brought it to Matt at cold consoles and he quickly got to work keeping me informed every step of the way with texts and pictures and answering any questions that I had all and all it took maybe 20 hours for Matt to diagnose and fix any problems for an affordable price as well. I would definitely come back for any future electronic repairs.

Cold Consoles is just as good as all the reviews say they are. Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful with the problems I was having with my ps5. He diagnosed the problem fixed it and sent pictures displaying the progress. I thought I would have to pick up my console a day or two later but he finished it in a few hours I was able to pick up my ps5 the same night! I drove an hour just because the reviews said he was the best at fixing consoles and they were telling the truth. His work is amazing and his prices are unbeatable! 10/10 would recommend.
