I had a very disappointing experience. I was told that both my front and rear brakes were in bad condition and that all four rotors needed to be resurfaced, with the rear brakes supposedly being in worse shape. I was quoted $600 just for the rear brakes, and over $800 for both front and rear. Since I couldn't afford the full amount, I agreed to have only the rear brakes done for $600. They told me the front brakes might last another month, so I planned to return soon to have those serviced as well. However, I later had a trusted mechanic who does side work take a look at my front brakes. He told me they were in good condition, the pads still had plenty of lifeโ€”at least 10,000 milesโ€”and the rotors hadnโ€™t even been touched. In other words, there was absolutely no need for the work they recommended. I feel misled and taken advantage of. I will not be returning and cannot recommend them based on this experience. While I appreciate the owner's response, simply stating that the matter is being taken seriously and will be looked into does little to resolve the issue. I am still out $600 and am requesting reimbursement for that amount.

Disappointed, the service isnโ€™t what it used to be. Iโ€™ve been a loyal customer for over three years and used to feel like I could trust this team and that they truly valued my business. Unfortunately, my last few visits havenโ€™t felt the same, broken promises, technology issues, and a noticeable drop in customer care. On my most recent visit, I dropped off my car around 1 p.m. to have a couple of warning lights checked and an oil change done. The rep told me theyโ€™d take a look that day and, worst case, Iโ€™d hear from them by 9 a.m. the next morning. Instead, I didnโ€™t get an update until after 10:30 a.m. The good news was that the check engine light was just a loose battery lead. The parking brake light issue, which had been on since a battery change, required a reprogram of the trucks systems and it would take about an hour, they said. That seemed reasonable. I immediately took an Uber over and arrived roughly 20 minutes later, only to see my car already parked and ready, with my keys sitting on the counter and a note saying to call at 11:45 a.m...... 25 minutes later. It felt like they were intentionally delaying communication, though I let it go. Then it really went downhill. When I tried to pay, their payment system was down. I tried three different cards, three different ways, while the rep called for support. I was told, firmly, that I could not leave with my car until the payment went through, even though the issue was clearly on their end. Meanwhile, the manager was in the back at his desk, smoking, while this unfolded. As a long-time customer, I reassured them I intended to pay and even mentioned bringing in our other vehicle soon. Still, I was told I would not be allowed to leave until payment was completed. I offered to call in payment later or return once the system was working, but those offers were declined. Eventually, after a tense exchange in the parking lot, the rep reluctantly agreed to let me go with a promise to return payment once the issue was resolved. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. What used to feel like a trusted, professional relationship has started to feel transactional and careless. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work to rebuild the trust and service standard that once set them apart.

Great experience at Cobra tire. Overall 5 stars! Best price on tires on the market called and was $100 cheaper than discount and tire rack. Will be recommending them to all friends and family.
