Fantastic! Frank is knowledgeable and efficient. I've had two laptops fixed by him. One needed a new hard drive and needed the entire laptop to be reinstalled. The other was just a battery replacement, but in both cases, he handled the issues quickly and also explained what he was doing and what would help in both cases for me to know in the future.
Frank replaced my key board on my laptop. He went above and beyond for me. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Keyboard works great, gained a life long customer!! Highly recommend if you’re in need of repairs, great guy and very knowledgeable.
This place is awesome and Frank is even more awesome. Will be getting all of my PC needs from him for now on. 11/10 customer service. Had a driver issue and Frank took his time to properly diagnose it and also took the time to explain everything to me and what I could do going forward. Family-like vibe from this place!
