Chimney Savers

Jonathan and Richard were kind, capable, and efficient. They swept and inspected our chimneys. They gave us recommendations for work we should consider for safety and longevity. I appreciated the level of care they took in their job and how they communicated with me. Great experience all around!

Very professional. Called ahead on when they would show up. Showed up on time (on a bitter cold winter day). Efficiently did the inspection and cleaning. Cleary explained the situation with my chimney. A couple things they suggest I fix and what is most immediately necessary. And generally just nice personable guys. Seemed happy to be here and happy to do the work. I can't remember the guys name (Leo?) that managed my job, but I would highly recommend. Just being nice and treating customers like they care goes a very long way with me. Will have them back annually.

Our chimney inspections with technician Leo today were efficient and clear. The Customer service we received throughout the process of setting up the appointment to receiving the estimates was topnotch. They use a scheduled approach for appointment reminders, and the technician called this morning when he was 30 minutes away. He arrived on the dot at the expected time. And he wore boot covers when entering the house. The quotes were clear, and he even called his boss to discuss our chimney situation before sitting down with us to discuss. The bricks are from the early 60s, and are unavailable. We feel confident in their expertise.

The technicians from Chimney Savers were very professional and knowledgeable about their trade. They shared information about the condition of our flue pipes and how to run the wood stove. They used a camera to view the insides of the chimneys and shared it live with me as they were scanning. During the visit they made recommendations as well as quoting those items which they prepared and sent to my inbox within 5 minutes! I was very impressed and would highly recommend them.
