All staff members are very good ,mostly the service manager ali hassan ‘who always goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. His professionalism, deep technical knowledge, and friendly attitude make every service experience smooth and reliable. He listens carefully to customer concerns, provides clear solutions, and delivers outstanding results with efficiency and dedication.

I own a Changan Alsvin and recently visited Changan Auto Gujrat. As a resident of Gujrat, I am truly thankful to the owner of Changan Auto Gujrat and especially to the technical staff, Mr. Ali Hassan and Mr. Mohsin Sahib. They are both wonderful individuals who are dedicated to resolving customer issues with professionalism and kindness. I sincerely appreciate the entire Changan Gujrat team for their excellent service and support. CHANGAN is a great brand, and its timely and reliable service is one of the key reasons behind its growing reputation.

I am Bilal Shafiq, owner of an Oshan X7, and have been visiting your dealership for the past year for regular maintenance and technical inspections. Recently, I have been facing a steering issue with my vehicle. Your technical staff has been very cooperative, and I truly appreciate their support. However, I am highly dissatisfied with the behaviour of the security staff during my recent visit. I had personally approved a road test for my vehicle to be conducted by Mr. Ali from your technical team after completing the mechanical inspection. Unfortunately, when the road test was about to begin, the security guard stopped the technical person at the gate and did not allow the test to proceed. And z-links, filters ,plugs, pads are not available on dealership. I am elligeble for warranty. But i am agreed to pay for that but still waiting for part. As the owner, when I have authorized the inspection and road test, I do not understand on what grounds the security guard interfered with a technical procedure. This behaviour is unacceptable and unprofessional, and it caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience.

I’ve been getting my Changan X7 FutureSense and Suzuki Cultus maintained from Changan Gujrat since day one. Overall, service has been good and Mr. Ali Hassan sb and his team has always supported me professionally — I truly appreciate his help every time. However, I’ve personally faced a few issues: I was called in for a part, but when I reached, I was told the part isn’t available or the concerned person isn’t present. This happened more than once and wasted my time. Instead of calling the customer without confirmation, it’s better to verify everything first. Calling and then making the customer feel embarrassed is not okay. Also, in my experience, female staff need better training in communication and customer dealing. I’m sharing this feedback based on my personal experience and hope it helps improve the service further. Thanks
