This has been the best experience all around dealing with 1. The Warranty on our washer 2. Chambers has just been Awesome Sauce with how they use email text and voice to communicate with us. There understanding of having to reschedule. They came prepared with having the exact part by just telling them what the washer was doing. The Tech was just fabulous in every way possible. My new washing machine came damaged, with a side and front panel crushed in. Two of your men came out and replaced it. Both Sean and Doug were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. It was not an easy task, yet they completed the replacement in a short period of time. I was very pleased with the service and will recommend Chambers to people I know.
